Suicide Attacks, Terrorism and Lal Mosque - VII

I have nooooo idea how some people can actually support "LAL MASJID" massacre. I guess, because their own families were not present at Lal Masjid at the time of the assault.

Dear Jumshade Sahab,

A similar situation had arisen in Saudi Arabia. Read...

On June 7, 2007, Lal Masjid clerics claimed that Imam-i-Kaaba Dr Sheikh Abdul Rehman Al Sudais supported their struggle for enforcement of Sharia in Pakistan. [Daily Dawn dated June 8, 2007 National]

The Mullahs of Lal Mosque/Jamia Hafsah are agreed upon the Saudi Style Islam, lets have a quick look as to how Saudi Kingdom treat the Dissenting Scholars:

When the Religious Clerics connive with the State to coerce people instead of saying what is right and just as per Quran and Shariah then incidents like the Occupation of Holy Kaaba take place and rogues and US CIA AGENTS like Osama Bin Laden helps in playing havoc in the Muslim World. As per Saudi Fatwa through authentic references of Quran and Hadith all the followers of other sects e.g. Ahmediya or Quadiyani, Barelvi, Deobandi Tableeghi Jamat, Shia, Ismailia are Deviant {Gumrah, Mushrik, Kaafir, Bidaati and what not} but how would they justify Aal-e-Sauds doing business with Late. Agha Hassan Abidi of BCCI {A Shia}, conniving with General Ziaul Haq {A Deobandi follower of Militant Deviant Jamat-e-Islami} to save his dictatorship and their kingdom, 860 Billion US Dollars of Saudi investments in the USA alone, and there are thousands of examples goes on and on…

As per an eyewitness who was there after the blood bath of 1979 in Holy Kaaba that those who had occupied the Kaaba were very simple Muslim rather puritans, one of them was the son of Maulana Badiuddin Shah Rashidi aka Peer Jhanday Shah of Sindh {A top Ahle-Hadith Cleric of Sindh}. During the occupation the leader Juhaiman ibn Muhammad ibn Saif al Utaiba decided to take out a procession outside Holy Kaaba for demanding the better living facilities, jobs, and they further wanted to demand ban on cinemas and other such vices {as per them} but someone amongst the protestors mistakenly rather stupidly raised the slogan of him being Imam Mehdi and that’s where Saudi Mullahs/Mutawwas came in with ready made Fatwa of “BAGHI AND BAGHAWAT {quoting it as Fitnah, Rebellion or Khurooj against the rightful Rulers}”.

Amazing footage of Juhayman Al Otaybi (sometimes spelled al-Otaibi or numerous other variants), the ringleader behind the disastrous 1979 siege of Mecca. The footage, originally broadcast on Saudi government-controlled TV, also shows the dead body of the alleged Mahdi Juhayman was promoting with the attack. (The Mahdi is an apocalyptic figure in some strains of Islam.)

Footage of Juhayman Al Otaybi

http://intelwire.egoplex.com/2007_09_27_blogarchive.html

Juhayman Bin Mohamed Bin Seif al-Otaibi was born in a Brotherhood settlement in the area of Quseim, close to the city of Ghatghat, the headquarters of Sultan Bin Bijad who was killed by the forces of the founding King Abdel-Aziz during the famous Sibla battle. Juhayman had a strict religious upbringing. He married the daughter of prince Sajer Al Mohaya who was arrested after the Haram incident, then later married the sister of Mohamed Ibn Abdullah al-Qahtani. He work for about two years on the national guard forces. Juhayman studied at the Islamic university in Medina and was the student of Sheikh Abdel-Aziz Bin Baz, former Mufti of Saudi Arabia.

Juhayman returned to Qusaim in 1974 with a number of students and started promoting the establishment of a fundamentalist movement that he called “The Brothers’ Movement” at the time (different from the Egyptian group the Muslim Brotherhood). Juhayman exceeded the teachings and methodology of his teacher Sheikh Bin Baz, expressing direct criticism of Ibn Soud. Juhayman said that Sheikh Bin Baz never objected to the Brothers’ Movement teachings, but that he had blamed them for focusing on Saudi issue alone. Juhayman then stopped attending Sheikh Bin Baz’s meetings and lectures. In his third message “The Brothers’ Call” he said that they (he and his colleagues) had to educate themselves when they couldn’t find “pure” Sharia education in the official Sharia school. They promoted their movement in tribal areas and grew in number.

They then moved to the capital Riyadh in 1976 where Juhayman published his first message under the title “The Law of Loyalty and Obedience: Corrupt Government” in which he attacked jurisprudents. In this message he said “People should not obey, but fight, Muslim rulers who do not adhere to the teachings of Quran and tradition. These corrupt rulers use Sharia to serve their own personal objectives and deal with unbelievers”. These ideas led to his arrest with 98 of his followers in the summer of 1978. However, they were not put on trial.

Sheikh Bin Baz was asked to examine their ideas and discuss with them. After listening to them, Bin Baz refused to consider them traitors, thus the authorities had to release them after they spent six weeks in prison. They promised to stop preaching and attacking rulers. Contrary to Osama Bin Laden who has no significant writings, Juhayman wrote 14 fundamentalist messages that included his ideas, parts of which where published under the title “The Seven Messages”.

The messages were banned in Saudi Arabia. According to these messages, Juhayman believed that Saudi religious education as was conducted at that time should be stopped. Many Wahabis said that Juhayman said that “he saw hundreds of the graduates of these schools became preachers, as if preaching was a government profession where employees look forward to receiving their monthly salaries.” He believed that such schools only produce religious representatives of the government, but not real ulama (religious scholars) or sheikhs, as he believed these should be independent leaders who think and act in accordance with the interests of Islam and society rather than the authorities as was the case in Saudi Arabia.

In his first message Juhayman talked about the emergence of the awaited Mahdi. In 1979 he wrote that prophet Mohamed visited him in a vision, then God talked to him and ordered him to announce that he was the Mahdi, sent to purify the earth from corruption. Qahtani also claimed he had the same vision. Qahtani then married Juhayman’s sister. To be fair, not all Juhayman’s writings were of that type. In his 11 messages he expressed his position towards rulers of Muslim countries in general, and the Saud family in particular; he also addressed major Islamic jurisprudence issues, such as Jihad, in addition to his position towards emirs and obedience. In his message Juhayman wonders: “Can jihad be declared against atheist countries when we have exchanged ambassadors and experts? How can we promote Islam when we have Christians for professors? Can we contradict our professors? Can we call for raising the jihad flag while the Christian flag stands side by side with the monotheism flag? We shouldn’t be deceived to that extent, as there should be a clear distinction between what is right and what is wrong. We should stay away from these people, we should fight them.”

This is the same logic that Bin Laden used 20 years later in the speech broadcast by Al Jazira where he divided the world into two “areas”: the area of Islam and the area of atheism. He described the issue as a “crusade” against Islam and Muslims. Thus he follows the same line as Juhayman, and finds justifications in the older literature of al-Mawdudi, Qutb, and others.

On 20 November 1979, 500 dissidents led by the grandson of the leader of the Ikhwan rebellion – 38-year old Juhayman – seized Mecca’s Grand Mosque. Almost fifty years to the day, Juhayman reiterated his ancestor’s grievances as he grabbed the mosque’s loudspeaker and announced that the House of Saud had lost its claim to legitimacy through corruption, ostentation, and mindless imitation of the West. His words were chilling to the royal family, all the more so because they closely resembled Khomeini’s diatribes against the Shah.

The Saudi leadership was initially paralysed by the takeover. The Grand Mosque surrounds Islam’s holiest shrine. Accordingly, no non-Muslim may enter the city of Mecca and shedding blood on such holy grounds is considered blasphemy. The Saudi royal family’s hands were tied for days as they deliberated how to dislodge the dissidents. The Ulema had to issue a dispensation to allow the bearing of arms in a holy place before any military move could be authorized.

Once more, the traditional alliance of convenience between the religious establishment and the House of Saud served its purpose. The fatwa issued by the highest religious authority, Mufti Bin Baz, legitimised the unthinkable – spilling blood in Islam’s holiest site. But even when the religious dilemma was solved, the Saudi military failed to end the siege. This time, the House of Saud had to ask the Ulema to sanction that the mosque be stormed by ‘infidels’. This second fatwa set a precedent that was to be invoked again during the Gulf War.

When the Saudi Forces couldn’t control the situation good old Pakistan came up with help French Military/General Zia ul Haq {Commander of the faithful} sent troops there and they used the Nerve Gas in Kaaba;

[And when We made the House (at Makkah) a resort for mankind and a sanctuary. Sorrah Al-Baqara - The Cow - Verse 125]

and electrocuted the floors of Kaaba and threw water, which resulted in catastrophe;

[And when Abraham prayed: My Lord! Make this a region of security. Sorrah Al-Baqara - The Cow – Verse 126].

The smell of the gas lasted for days in a house, which is the holiest place on earth. Almost 90 % of Salafi, Deobandi, Barelvi and other Mullahs and Clerics were supporting General Ziaul Haq and nobody from religious lobbies came out against Zia on this.

Since all the Muslims around the world except Saudi Muslims are Infidel as per Saudi Interpretation of Islam but again where would you put this Quranic Verse rather a clear decree of Allah and it may be mentioned here when there is something very clear in Quran then there are no Hadiths, Fatwas, and Interpretation valid. There was just once stance when War was allowed around Holy Kaaba and that was the first and last time and allowed by Allah and that was during Fateh Makkah and that permission was granted to Prophet Mohammad {PBUH} and after that it is strictly forbidden to kill someone in the House of Allah and that decree is indefinite.

INTERNAL STRIFE IN SAUDI ARABIA:

On November 20, 1979 at least 500 dissidents invaded and seized the Grand Mosque in Mecca. The leader of the dissidents, Juhaiman ibn Muhammad ibn Saif al Utaiba, a Sunni, was from one of the foremost families of Najd. His grandfather had ridden with Abd al Aziz in the early decades of the century, and other family members were among the foremost of the Ikhwan. Juhaiman said that his justification was that the Al Saud had lost its legitimacy through corruption, ostentation, and mindless imitation of the West--virtually an echo of his grandfather' s charge in 1921 against Abd al Aziz. Juhaiman's accusations against the Saudi monarchy closely resembled Ayatollah Ruhollah Musaui, Khomeini's diatribes against the Shah. Furthermore, all holy places come under a special injunction in Islam. It is forbidden to shed blood there or to deface or to pollute them in any way. Despite careful planning on Juhaiman's part, a guard was shot dead by one of the nervous dissidents.

Such a desecration is a major violation under Islamic law and merits crucifixion for the convicted offender. Juhaiman's party included women as well as men, other peninsular Arabs, and a few Egyptians. A score of the dissidents were unemployed graduates of the kingdom's seminary in Medina. They had provisions for the siege they expected as well as extensive supplies of arms.

The government's initial attempts to rout the dissidents were stymied. Before any military move could be authorized, the ulama had to issue a dispensation to allow the bearing of arms in a holy place. When the religious problems were solved by announcement of the ulama's ruling, logistical problems bogged down the efforts of the military and the national guard for several days. Finally, two weeks later the military effort succeeded, and the dissidents were dislodged. All the surviving males were eventually beheaded in the squares of four Saudi cities. Far from discounting the efforts of the rebels, the leaders examined themselves and their policies more closely. Khalid, particularly, was sensitive to their complaints. Many of the dissidents had come from two of the tribes that traditionally have been recruited for the national guard. Khalid had spent much time with these people in the desert. Compounding the nightmare for the regime were Shia riots in Al Qatif in the Eastern Province two weeks after the siege of the Grand Mosque.

Many of the rioters bore posters with Khomenini's picture. Although these were not the first Shia protests in the kingdom (others had occurred in 1970 and 1978), the December rioters had become emboldened by Khomeini's triumphal return to Iran in early 1979. Up to 20,000 national guard troops were immediately moved into the Eastern Province. Several demonstrators were killed and hundreds reportedly arrested. Almost visibly shaken by the takeover of the mosque and the Shia disturbances, the Saudi leadership announced in the aftermath of these events that a consultative assembly (majlis ash shura) would soon be formed. The Shia disturbances in the Eastern Province encouraged the government to take a closer look at conditions there.

Although it was clear that the Shia had been radicalized by Khomeini, it was also obvious that repression and imprisonment were stop-gap solutions and as likely to promote further resistance as to quell it. Further, the Shia lived in the area of the kingdom most vulnerable to sabotage, where numerous oil and gas pipelines crisscross the terrain. Aramco had adamantly refused to discriminate against the Shia in their hiring practices, as had Saudi governmental agencies. Aramco had a preponderance of Shia employees--not only because of Aramco's location but also because Aramco employment offered a Shia the best chance for mobility. Compared with other towns in the Eastern Province, the Shia towns of Al Qatif and Al Hufuf were depressed areas.

The Shia lacked decent schools, hospitals, roads, and sewerage and had inadequate electrification and water supplies. Violent Shia demonstrations occurred once against in February 1980, and, although they were as harshly repressed as the previous ones, the deputy minister of interior, Amir Ahmad ibn Abd al Aziz, was directed to draw up a comprehensive plan to improve the standard of living in Shia areas. His recommendations, which were immediately accepted and implemented, included an electrification project, swamp drainage, the construction of schools and a hospital, street lighting, and loans for home construction.

It is Jewish conspiracy', was the common reaction in Pakistan; perhaps across the Muslim world. The uprising was crushed leaving 200 dead (figures however vary from 75 to 500). Leaders on the leaders of 'uprising' were publicly beheaded, as is the 'ritual' in the kingdom. Taliban later on were just imitating Sauds. In 1980, a Shia uprising in south of the kingdom also met the same fate. Saudi Shias, oppressed and deprived as they are even today, enthused by Khomeni's return started an uprising. Shah Khalid moved 200,000 National Guards and it was brutally crushed. The kingdom was again 'peaceful', ruled with an iron fist by corrupt House of Sauds until 1996.

Much of the opposition in the kingdom in 1980s was externalized. It was diverted towards Soviet Union through Afghan war. The oppositionists were encouraged to reach Pakistan to join 'Jihad 'against Soviet 'infidels'. The kingdom stayed peaceful until 1996 when a bombing in Riyadh reminded Sauds of al-Utaiba. This time it was Osama bin Laden playing al-Utaiba. Osama however survived the fate al-Utaiba met. It was because Osama, deprived of his Saudi nationality in the wake of first Gulf War, had been exiled. Interestingly, Osama, like al Utaiba, was a friend of Saud family too. {1}.

RECAPTURING THE GRAND MOSQUE

Following two weeks of unsuccessful attempts to dislodge Juhayman, the king was forced to call for foreign help. It was clear that the Saudi Royal Guard was ill-equipped to face the situation. The French GIGN was chosen for the task. They went through a brief ceremony of conversion to Islam. The hastily-issued fatwa allowed French forces to enter the site armed, although they were able to force the rebels to surrender using only ‘incapacitating gases’.

This incident, the details of which have been kept a state secret, inspired what was to become a movement of clandestine Islamic opposition within the Kingdom. Juhayman’s public beheading only served to turn him into a martyr for many disgruntled youth. It is this same group of Islamic militants who lay the groundwork for organisations like that of Osama Bin Laden’s Al-Qaida.

The timing of Grand Mosque’s capture is crucial. 1979 was the year in which various events came together to sow the seeds of Moslem fundamentalism that pose a serious threat today.

If the Iranian revolution opened the way to Islamic movements, Egyptian President Sadat’s separate peace treaty with Israel sent critics and dissidents flocking to the embrace of political Islam. The Soviet invasion of Afghanistan provided the sanctuary in which these Moslemdissidents would receive military training and religious indoctrination.

If the GIGN came to the Saudis’ rescue, it was a measure of the western world’s interest in the
Kingdom’s stability and oil. But the Saudi-U.S. friendship was a solid anchor on which the Saudis
could count upon for their security.

The events of the Grand Mosque worried America almost as much as the House of Saud. For the U.S., the fall of Iran was a disaster which they could not allow to be repeated in Saudi Arabia. If the price of keeping the House of Saud in power was to provide the country with the kind of sophisticated weapons that had been withheld until then out of concern for Israel’s security, then so be it.

AT-TAFJEERAAT WA TAHLEELAAT AL-MUNAAFIQEEN

All praise is due to Allaah, the Lord of all the Worlds, and salaat and salaam be upon the trustworthy Prophet, our Prophet Muhammad, upon his family, his companions and [all] those following them in goodness, until the Day of Judgement. To proceed:

Verily, when the shocking event occurred, the event of the bombings in the city of Riyaadh undertaken by the violent and barbarious (savage) hands, in the capital of the land of tawheed, they turned upon the religion, and upon humanity (by way of this act of theirs), and the Kuffaar have taken them as riding animal in order to attack Islaam and the Muslims. And this action of their was a result of their ignorance, their being deceived and their evil nurturing, and their breaking off from the society and their turning away from learning the beneficial knowledge, and taking it from those who (truly) possess it, and also restricting themselves to their own faulty understandings and their stagnant views.

And their affair in this matter, is the affair of the Khawaarij Renegades, those who killed the two Rightly Guided Caliphs, Uthmaan and Alee (radhi-yallaahu 'anhumaa), and also their concern with killing Mu`aawiyah and `Amr bin al-Aas (radhi-yallaahu 'anhumaa), and killing others from the leaders of the Muslims.

I say that when this repugnant action occurred in these days of ours, the Hypocrites took a deep breath and made a sigh, and they carried the responsibility of this action upon the religion, and that it (i.e. Islaam) was the reason for their transgression (i.e. that of the Khawaarij), upon the Muslims and upon humanity as a whole. And they said, may Allaah make them ugly, that this action of theirs (i.e. of those Khawaarij) was due to their embracement of the views of Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah and Shaykh ul-Islaam Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhaab, and other than them both from amongst the Scholars of Islaam.

This is how they lie in wait with pessimism and ascription of evil to Islaam and for the Scholars of Islaam, just like Aal Fir`awn, those about whom Allaah said:

{And if evil afflicted them, they ascribed it to evil omens connected with Mûsa (Moses) and those with him} (Soorah Al-A'raf, Aayah 131).

And just like the Mushriks, they also ascribed the occurrence of evil to Muhammad (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), just as Allaah said about them:

{...But if some evil befalls them, they say, “This is from you”} (Soorah An-Nisa, Aayah 78)

...and just as the Hypocrites said in the expedition of the confederates (al-ahzaab), when the Muslims were afflicted with whatever afflicted them of hardship and severity, just as Allaah said about them:

{And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubts) said: “Allaah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusions!} (Soorah Al-Ahzab,
Aayah 12)

...and just as they said on the day of (the battle of) al-Badr, concerning the Muslims:

{These people (Muslims) are deceived by their religion} (Soorah Al-Anfal, Aayah 49)

...and they also said, on the day of Uhud:

{If we had anything to do with the affair, none of us would have been killed here} (Soorah Aali Imran, Aayah 154).

So the saying of these Hypocrites (in our times) concerning these events is nothing but the statement of their predecessors in the events that occurred previously, and every nation has an inheritor.

Certainly, the religion of Islaam prohibits transgression in all of its types and its
manifestations, Allaah, (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) said:

{And transgress not. Verily, Allaah does not like the transgressor} (Soorah Al-Ma'idah, Aayah 87)

...and He said:

{And let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allaah} (Soorah Al-Ma'idah, Aayah 8).

And those subverters, vandals, they took their destructive ideology from the ideology of the Khawaarij Renegades before them who unleashed it upon Islaam, and they took it from the callers of misguidance, those whom the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) described as

((Callers at the gates of Hellfire, whoever obeys them, they will throw him into it)), so it is was said, ((Describe them to us O Messenger of Allaah)), he said:

((They are a people of our skin (i.e. lineage) and they will speak with our tongue...)).

And these Hypocrites have requested the abolition of the necessary allegiance (al-walaa) and enmity, disavowal (al-baraa), both of which are from the strongest handholds of Islaam, and they requested the abolition of the commandment to good and forbiddence of evil, both of which comprise the guarantee of the maintanenance and lasting of the Islamic society, and they also requested the abolition of jihaad in the path of Allaah, which is the peak of the matter of Islaam, and they also requested that the methodologies (of Islaam) be purified from any resemblances of
loving necessitated by the Sharee'ah, and they called to allegiance (i.e. loving) of the Disbelievers and the Pagans, and to the absence of differentiating between them and the Muslims. So what means of deliverance then have they left for the Muslims?

Indeed, they did not say these repugnant sayings except because they are restricted and confined by Islaam and its people, and when the chance became available to them, they began to reveal the enmity and jealousy they had towards Islaam and the Muslims, just as Allaah said concerning them:

{But surely, you will know them by the tone of their speech! And Allaah knows all your deeds} (Soorah Muhammad, Aayah 30).

However, their affair will be just like the affair of their predecessors, that of humiliation, lowliness, and they do not harm except themselves:

{Say: “perish in your rage. Certainly, Allaah knows what is in the breasts (all the secrets)} (Soorah Aali Imran, Aayah 119).

And certainly, the severe hardships and afflictions do not increase the Muslims except in steadfastness in their religion, and following their Prophet and their Scholars, the Imaams of Guidance, and the Illuminators of the darkness, such as Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah and Shaykh ul-Islaam Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhaab, both whom those Hypocrites have made as examples of extremism and exaggeration, and in such a way because of their blindness, they considered the sources of good and guidance to be sources of evil and beguilement, just like their predecessors were pessimistic towards the Prophets (ascribing evil outcomes to them), and to their followers.

And say [those of] sore eyes,

the sun has eyes also,

you see them when it disappears and when it rises

And pardon those eyes whose light Allaah has taken away

So they do not contract and they do not comprehend…

And indeed, it is from the blindness of insight (i.e. intellect and understanding) that person believe falsehood to be truth and truth to be falsehood, and we invite these people to repent and return to their guidance and to withhold their tongues, otherwise they will not be harming except themselves, and Islaam has a Lord that will protect it and the Scholars have a Lord that will aid them:

{They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allaah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allaah is Witness over everything} (Soorah Al-Buruj, Aayaat 8- 9).

And it is not a departure – O noble reader – that there should be found some coarseness in my speech, for verily the speech of those people is more coarse, and the author (of those words) is more unjust, and Allaah is sufficient for us, and how excellent a one is He to place trust in.

And indeed from that which expands the chest and gives satisfaction and rest to the heart is the answer given by the esteemed Ministor of the Interior (Hafitha-hullaah) to one of these people, when this person suggested that the Committee for the enjoinment of good and forbiddence of evil be abolished, so he (Hafitha-hullaah) replied that commanding of the good and forbiddence of the evil shall remain in his land as long as Islaam remains, and he (Hafitha-hullaah) gave an upright, straight answer and was correct and successful in this definitive answer. For verily this
state was built upon Islaam and its foundations, and amongst them is the commanding of good and forbiddence of evil, and there is no continuance for this state except with thecontinuance of its foundations that it is built upon.

O Allaah protect for us our religion and our security, and our firm establishment in our lands, and do not empower over us due to our sins those who do not fear you and who will not show mercy to us, and save us from the evil of the tribulations, those which are apparent and those that are hidden, and protect those in authority over us, and grant them success in that in which their rectitude lies, and the rectitude of Islaam and the Muslims. O Allaah, whoever intends evil for us, and for Islaam and for the Muslims, then occupy him with his own self and throw his plot back at him, indeed you are powerful over everything, and salaat and salaam be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.

Dear Sir,

I have doubts over that claim because anyone who claims to follow Quran and Sunnah [in letter and spirit] wouldn't do such a thing in the name of Lord. If such attacks are being conducted by the Mullahs as you have claimed above than they are out of Islam, they are Kaafir [Infidels] because revenge doesn't mean that you kill any moving thing wearing Khaki Uniform it defies the basic Islamic Law of Qisas and Deaat. You dont kill Zaid for the deeds done by Bakar. Thats what is happening in Pakistan because when you carry out suicide attacks [violation of Quran and Sunnah] you always kill innocent life as well and thats where a Muslim becomes an Infidel when he/she wrongfully kill an innocent life like happened in many cases particularly in the cases of 18 Oct 2007 Bomb Blast in Karachi, Bomb Blasts in Lahore [5 Children got killed] and in NWFP [when a Funeral Procession was bombed. Even Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) used to stand up whenever there is a procession in its honour even if the funeral is of a Non Muslim (Bukhari) what to talk of attacking a funeral of Muslim no matter if it is a Funeral of a Polic or Army Officer]

Read as to what Quran says about Revenge.

Jumshade Sahab,

In the time of tirbulation and anarchy amongst Muslims, we have been advised by the Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] and Salaf Saleheen [May Allah be pleased with all of them] as under

Abdullah Ibn az-Zubayr [May Allah be pleased with him]narrates: My close friend, Abul-Qaasim (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) advised me, “If you reach anything of the tumult (fitnah), go to Uhud and blunt your sword upon it, then remain in your house.” Reported by Ahmad in al-Musnad.

Imaam Al-Barbahaaree Says in his Kitaab Sharh us-Sunnah:

When fitnah occurs, remain in your house When turmoil (fitnah) occurs, remain within your house and flee from the neighbourhood of tumult. Beware of blind following and every case of fighting between Muslims for this world is discord and a trial. Fear Allah, who is alone, having no partner. Do not go out in it, do not fight in it, do not take part in it, do not take sides in it, nor incline towards either (side) and do not have love for any of their affairs, since it is said, “He who loves the deeds of a people, good or bad, is just like the one who commits them.” May Allah grant us and you those things pleasing to Him and keep us away from disobedience to Him.

Al-Khallaal reports, in as-Sunnah that: Abu Bakr related to us, saying, “I heard Abu ‘Abdullah (Imaam Ahmad) ordering that bloodshed be avoided and he strongly forbade rebellion.”

Historical Example [particularly the Khawarijs of Pakistan] for us to learn.

It is also related by Ibn Sa'ad in Tabaqaatul Kubraa A group of Muslims came to al Hasan al Basree (d.110H) seeking a verdict to rebel against al Hajjaaj. So they said, "O Abu Sa'eed! What do you say about fighting this oppressor who has unlawfully spilt blood and unlawfully taken wealth and did this and that?" So al Hasan said, "I hold that he should not be fought. If this is the punishment from Allah (Ta'aala), then you will not be able to remove it with your swords. If this is a trial from Allah (Ta'aala), then be patient until Allah's Judgement comes, and He is the best of Judges."

So they left Al Hasan, disagreed with him and rebelled against al Hajjaaj - so al Hajjaaj killed them all. Hajjaaj wasath Thaqafee, and is well known. Adh Dhahabee said in Siyar A'lamin Nubalaa at the end of his biography, "We revile him and do not love him, rather we hate him for Allah (Ta'aala). He had some good deeds, but they are drowned in the ocean of his sins, and his affair is for Allah!"

About them al Hasan used to say, "If the people had patience, when they were being tested by their unjust ruler, it will not be long before Allah (Ta'aala) will give them a way out. However, they always rush for their swords, so they are left to their swords. By Allah! Not even for a single day did they bring about any good."It is related by Ibn Sa’d in at-Tabaqaat, and by Ibn Abee Haatim in his Tafseer.

Dear Jumshade Sahab and Saeen Lal Sahab,

Since 911 many amongst who died in such incidents were Children and Women in Pakistan and around the world as well:

For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty) , but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth. [AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) Chapter 5: Verse 32]

It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah that a woman was found killed in one of the battles fought by the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). He disapproved of the killing of women and children. [Muslim]

It is narrated by Ibn 'Umar that a woman was found killed in one of these battles; so the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.[Muslim]

Even in a declared war, certain rules must be followed:

The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) has given clear instructions about the behaviour of the Muslim army. He observed:

"Set out for Jihad in the name of Allah and for the sake of Allah. Do not lay hands on the old verging on death, on women, children and babes. Do not steal anything from the booty and collect together all that falls to your lot in the battlefield and do good, for Allah loves the virtuous and the pious."

So great is the respect for humanly feelings in Islam that even the wanton destruction of enemy's crops or property is strictly forbidden. The righteous Caliphs followed closely the teachings of Allah and those of His Apostle in letter and spirit the celebrated address which the first Caliph Abu Bakr (Allah be pleased with him) gave to his army while sending her on the expedition to the Syrian borders is permeated with the noble spirit with which the war in Islam is permitted. He said:

"Stop, O people, that I may give you ten rules for your guidance in the battlefield. Do not commit treachery or deviate from the right path. You must not mutilate dead bodies. Neither kill a child, nor a woman. nor an aged man. Bring no harm to the trees, nor burn them with fire, especially those which are fruitful. Slay not any of the enemy's flock. save for your food. You are likely to pass by people who have
devoted their lives to monastic services; leave them alone"

It is said that once at the time of conquest, a singing girl was brought to al-Muhajir b. Abu Umayya who had been publicly singing satirical poems about Hadrat Abu Bakr. Muhajir got her hand amputated. When the Caliph heard this news, he was shocked and wrote a letter to Muhajir in the following words:

"I have learnt that you laid hands on a woman who had hurled abuses on me, and, therefore, got her hand amputated. God has not sought vengeance even in the case of polytheism, which is a great crime. He has not permitted mutilation even with regard to manifest infidelity. Try to be considerate and sympathetic in your attitude towards others in future. Never mutilate, because it is a grave offence. God purified Islam and the Muslims from rashness and excessive wrath. You are well aware of the fact that those enemies fell into the hands of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) who had been recklessly abusing him; who had turned him out of his home; and who fought against him, but he never permitted their mutilation."

Another letter written by hadrat 'Umar the Second Caliph, which is addressed to Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas, speaks eloquently of the noble spirit with which the Muslims have bear exhorted to take up arms:

"Always search your minds and hearts and stress upon your men the need of perfect integrity and sincerity in the cause of Allah. There should be no material end before them in laying down their lives. but they abould deem it a means whereby they can please their Lord and entitle them. selves to His favour: such a spirit of selflessness should be inculcated in the minds of those who unfortunately lack it. Be firm in the thick of the battle as Allah helps man according to the perseverance that he shows in the cause of His faith and he would be rewarded in accordance with the spirit of sacrifice which he displays for the sake of the Lord. Be careful that those who have been entrusted to your care receive no harm at your hands and are never deprived of any of their legitimate rights."

WHAT IS GOING ON IN PAKISTAN IS HIRABA [means killing people, robbing their money or raping women by an armed group of people]

The Punishment for such activities are as under:

The crime of hiraba is based on the following Quranic verse:

The punishment for those who wage war [yuharibuna] against God and His Prophet, and perpetrate disorders in the land is: kill or crucify them, or have a hand on one side and a foot on the other cut off or banish them from the land (Quran 5:33).

Hands and legs to be cut off and their eyes to be branded with heated iron pieces and they were thrown at Al-Harra, and when they asked for water to drink, they were not given water. (Bukhari)

Hiraba is another hadd crime defined in the Quran. It is variously translated as "forcible taking," "highway robbery," "terrorism," or "waging war against the
state."

Islamic legal scholars have interpreted this crime to be any type of forcible assault upon the people involving some sort of taking of property.74 It differs from ordinary theft in that the Quranic crime of theft (sariqa) is a taking by stealth whereas hiraba is a taking by force (Doi 1984, 250, 254; El-Awa 1982, 7). (Thus, the popular translation as "armed robbery.") Although it is generally assumed to be violent public harassment, many scholars have held that it is not limited to acts committed in public places (Sabiq 1993, 2:447).

It is in the discussions of the crime of hiraba where the crime of rape appears. A brief review of the traditional descriptions of hiraba reveals that rape is specifically included among its various forms. For example, in Fiqh-us-Sunnah, a modern summary of the primary traditional schools of thought on Islamic law, hiraba is described as: a single person or group of people causing public disruption, killing, forcibly taking property or money, attacking or raping women ("hatk al arad"), killing cattle, or disrupting agriculture (Sabiq 1993, 450). Reports of individual scholars on the subject further confirm the hiraba classification of rape.

Al-Dasuqi, for example, a Maliki jurist, held that if a person forced a woman to have sex, their actions would be deemed as committing hiraba (Doi 1984, 253). In addition, the Maliki judge Ibn Arabi, relates a story in which a group was attacked and a woman in their party raped. Responding to the argument that the crime did not constitute hiraba because no money was taken and no weapons used, Ibn Arabi replied indignantly that "hiraba with the private parts" is much worse than a hiraba involving the taking of money, and that anyone would rather be subjected to the latter than the former (Sabiq 1993, 2:450). The famous Spanish Muslim jurist, Ibn Hazm, a follower of the Zahiri school, reportedly had the widest definition of hiraba, defining a hiraba offender as: [O]ne who puts people in fear on the road, whether or not with a weapon, at night or day, in urban areas or in open spaces, in the palace of a caliph or a mosque, with or without accomplices, in the desert or in the village, in a large or small city, with one or more people . . . making people fear that they'll be killed, or have money taken, or be raped ("hatk al arad") . . . whether the attackers are one or many (Sabiq 1993, 2:450)."

The first of people against whom judgment will be pronounced on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who died a martyr. He will be brought and Allah will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them. [The Almighty] will say:

And what did you do about them? He will say: I fought for you until I died a martyr. He will say: You have lied - you did but fight that it might be said [of you]: He is courageous. And so it was said. Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire.

[Another] will be a man who has studied [religious] knowledge and has taught it and who used to recite the Quran. He will be brought and Allah will make known to his His favours and he will recognize them.

[The Almighty] will say:

And what did you do about them? He will say: I studied [religious] knowledge and I taught it and I recited the Quran for Your sake. And so it was said. Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire.

[Another] will be a man whom Allah had made rich and to whom He had given all kinds of wealth. He will be brought and Allah will make known to his His favours and he will recognize them.

[The Almighty] will say:

And what did you do about them? He will say: I left no path [untrodden] in which You like money to be spent without spending in it for Your sake. He will say: You have lied - you did but do so that it might be said [of you]: He is open-handed. And so it was said. Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire.

Dear Saeen,

Since question of Militancy amongst Muslim has been raised let me clear that once and for all. Warring groups in Pakistan claim to have Islam as their Religion and now read as to what Islam says about when Groups of Muslims fight and kill each other [when you cannot even start against Non-Muslims] . Its quite pathetic for Muslims like us that they dont even know the basic teachings of their own religion but hell bent to spread Islam around globe. Please keep in mind while reading that Muslims are fighting each others and then judge. Many amongst who are killed since 911 in Pakistan were Muslims either law enforcers or attackers or innocent bystanders.

{And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allaah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him}, [Soorah an-Nisaa, Aayah 93].

And the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

((The blood of a Muslim that bears witness that none has the right to be worshipped (in truth) except Allaah and that I am the Messenger of Allaah is not permissible (to spill), except in three cases:[that is too the responsibility of the Rulers not common Muslim to administer Justice]

1) recompense for killing someone else,

2) stoning the adulterer,

3) the one who leaves his Deen, abandoning the jamaa’ah)) [Agreed upon (Bukhaaree and Muslim)] This is the version of Bukhaaree.

And in the Sunan of An-Nasaa’ee, on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr, (radhi-yallaahu 'anhu), the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

((The cessation of the dunyaa (world) is less significant to Allaah than the killing of a single Muslim man (i.e. person)))

And one day, Ibn ‘Umar looked to the House, or the Ka'bah, and said: ((How great you are, and how great is your sanctity, and the believer is even greater in sanctity to Allaah than you)) (Meaning that the haram is safe and protected from fighting and bloodshed, and the believer has even more right to be safe and protected from bloodshed)

Usaamah bin Zaid reported, “Allaah’s Messenger sent us towards Al-Huruqa, and in the morning we attacked them and defeated them. I and an Ansari man followed a man from among them and when we overwhelmed him, he said, “La ilaha illal-Lah.” On hearing that, the Ansari man stopped, but I killed him by stabbing him with my spear. When we returned, the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) came to know about that and he said:

((O Usaamah! Did you kill him after he had said “La ilaha ilal-Lah?” I said, “But he said so only to save himself.” He kept on repeating that so often that I wished I had not embraced Islam before that day)) [Agreed upon, and this is the wording of Bukhaaree.]

WHEN TWO MUSLIMS CONFRONT EACH OTHER WITH SWORDS

Ahnaf b. Qais reported on the authority of Abu Bakra that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:

When two Muslims confront each other with their swords, both the slayer and the slain are doomed to Hell-Fire.

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hammad through another chain of transmitters.

Abu Bakra reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:

When two Muslims (confront each other) and the one amongst them attacks his brother with a weapon, both of them are at the brink of Hell-Fire. And when one of them kills his companion, both of them get into Hell-Fire.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) many ahadith and one of them was this:

The last Hour will not come until the two parties (of Muslims) confront each other and there is a large-scale massacre amongst them and the claim of both of them is the same.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last Hour will not come unless there is much bloodshed. They said: What is harj? Thereupon he said: Bloodshed. bloodshed.

Thauban reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Allah drew the ends of the world near one another for my sake. And I have seen its eastern and western ends. And the dominion of my Ummah would reach those ends which have been drawn near me and I have been granted the red and the white treasure and I begged my Lord for my Ummah that it should not be destroyed because of famine, nor be dominated by an enemy who is not amongst them to take their lives and destroy them root and branch, and my Lord said: Muhammad, whenever I make a decision, there is none to change it. Well, I grant you for your Ummah that it would not be destroyed by famine and it would not be dominated by an enemy who would not be amongst it and would take their lives and destroy them root and branch even if all the people from the different parts of the world join hands together (for this purpose), but it would be from amongst them, viz. your Ummah, that some people would kill the others or imprison the others.

'Amir b. Sa'd reported on the authority of his father that one day Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came from a high, land. He passed by the mosque of Banu Mu'awiya, went in and observed two rak'ahs there and we also observed prayer along with him and he made a long supplication to his Lord. He then came to us and said: I asked my Lord three things and He has granted me two but has withheld one. I begged my Lord that my Ummah should not be destroyed because of famine and He granted me this. And I begged my Lord that my Ummah should not be destroyed by drowning (by deluge) and He granted me this. And I begged my Lord that there should be no bloodshed among the people of my Ummah. but He did not grant it.

Amir b. Sa'd reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came with a group of his Companions and he passed by the mosque of Banu Mu'awiya. The rest of the hadith is the same. [Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 41: The Book Pertaining to the Turmoil and Portents of the Last Hour (Kitab Al-Fitan wa Ashrat As-Sa`ah)]

Suicide Attacks, Terrorism and Lal Mosque - I

Dear Jumshade Sahab and Saeen Lal Sahab,

Pissed off or not. Killing non-combatants even if they are worst infidels is not allowed in Islam, it is Haraam [Unlawful]. Period.

For example

Nobody kills innocent children and that happened in Lahore. By the way children killed were not adults what to talk of combatants or Infidels.

Most of the people killed in these attacks were Muslims either in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan or Saudi Arabia. Most of the Non-Muslims who were killed in these attacks were non-combatants [means the whoever is committing such act if they are Muslims than they have committed a Kufr-Infidelity] . Calculate the number of people killed in these attacks since the start of War on Terror and you will be amazed to know that most of the people who are killed were Muslims.

"QUOTE"

All Praise is for Allaah Alone, may the Salaah and Salaam be upon the last Prophet and his family and Companions. To proceed:

And it is well known that the Sharee'ah of Islaam came to protect the five necessary things and prohibit transgression against them, and they are:

the religion,

life,

wealth,

honour, and

intellect.

And the Muslims do not differ over the prohibition of transgression against persons who have a right to be protected. The people who have a right to be protected, according to the Religion of Islaam, are:

Muslims - It is never permissible to transgress against any Muslim person or to kill one without right. Whoever does this has committed a major sin, one of the huge kabaa’ir! And Allaah the Most High has said:

And whoever kills a Muslim intentionally, then his recompense is Jahannam, he will reside there for an extensive amount of time, and Allaah’s Anger and Curses are upon him, and He has prepared a great torment for him...

...And He Subhaanahu has said:

And due to that we prescribed for the Children of Israa’eel that whoever kills a person, not as a recompense for his killing of another, or to spread corruption on earth, then it is as if he has killed all of mankind... the verse

Mujaahid said, may Allaah have Mercy on him, ((by his sin (meaning: “His sin is as heavy as the one who has actually killed all of mankind), this shows the severity of killing a person with no due (legal) right))

And the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

The blood of a Muslim that bears witness that none has the right to be worshipped (in truth) except Allaah and that I am the Messenger of Allaah is not permissible (to spill), except in three cases:

recompense for killing someone else,

stoning the adulterer,

the one who leaves his Deen, abandoning the jamaa’ah [Agreed upon (Bukhaaree and Muslim)] This is the version of Bukhaaree.

And the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

I have been ordered to fight the people until they testify that there is no deity worthy of worship other than Allaah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah, establish the prayer, and pay zakaat, and if they do this, then their blood and money shall be protected from me, except by an Islaamic right, and their account will be with Allaah. [Agreed upon, from the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him]

And in the Sunan of An-Nasaa’ee, on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr, (radhi-yallaahu 'anhu), the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

The cessation of the dunyaa (world) is less significant to Allaah than the killing of a single Muslim man (i.e. person)

And one day, Ibn ‘Umar looked to the House, or the Ka'bah, and said:

"How great you are, and how great is your sanctity, and the believer is even greater in sanctity to Allaah than you" (Meaning that the haram is safe and protected from fighting and bloodshed, and the believer has even more right to be safe and protected
from bloodshed)

All of these texts and others show the serious reality of the sanctity of a Muslim’s blood, and the prohibition of killing a Muslim for any reason other than what has been mentioned in the Sharee'ah’s texts, so it is not permissible to transgress against any Muslim without right...

Usaamah bin Zaid reported,

“Allaah’s Messenger sent us towards Al-Huruqa, and in the morning we attacked them and defeated them.

"O Usaamah! Did you kill him after he had said “La ilaha ilal-Lah?” I said, “But he said so only to save himself.” He kept on repeating that so often that I wished I had not embraced Islaam before that day. [Agreed upon, and this is the wording of Bukhaaree]

This shows, with the greatest of indications, the sanctity of life. This was a mushrik man, and they were making jihaad, on the plains of battle (fighting), and when they overwhelmed him, and gained power over him, he spoke with (the utterance of) Tawheed, and Usaamah bin Zaid killed him, holding that he only said it in order to prevent his own death, and the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) did not accept his excuse, and his interpretation (of the situation). And this is from the greatest of (affairs) that indicates the sanctity of the blood of the Muslims and the mighty crime of the one who violates it.

Just like the blood of the Muslims is prohibited, then their wealth is also protected by the saying of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam):

"Your blood and your properties are sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this (sacred) town (Mecca) of yours, in this month of yours."

Reported by Muslim, and this speech was said by the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) in the khutbah of the Day of 'Arafah, and both Bukhaaree and Muslim reported its like regarding the Day of An-Nahr.

From what has preceded, the prohibition of killing the soul that has been protected without any due right becomes clear.

Also from the lives that are protected in Islaam, are the lives of

those (non-Muslims) who are given agreements (guarantees) ,

the dhimmees, and

those who seek protection (from the Muslims).

From ‘Abdullah bin Amr bin al-Aaas (radhi-yallaahu 'anhumaa) from the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) who said:

"Whoever killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims, shall not smell the smell of Paradise though its smell is perceived from a distance of forty years." [Related by al-Bukhaaree]

And to whomever the wali ul-amr allows entry (into the land) with the covenant and promise of ensuring his safety and security, then his life and wealth are protected, it is not permissible to harm him, and whoever kills him, then he is as the Prophet
(sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

"...he will not smell the smell of Paradise..."

And this is a very severe warning for the one who turns upon those who have been given agreements.

And it is known that the custody (protection) of the people of Islaam is a single entity (i.e. a collective whole, equal), the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa
sallam) said:

"The blood of the Believers is equal (one to another), and the least of them strives for their protection.. ."

And when Umm Haani (radhi-yallaahu 'anhaa) granted sanctuary (i.e. protection, on account of a benefit arising from that) to a man from the Mushrikoon in the year of the conquest, and when 'Alee bin Abee Taalib (radhi-yallaahu 'anhu) desired to kill him, she went to the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), and informed him (of that) so he (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

"We have granted sanctuary to the one you have granted sanctuary O Umm Haani." Reported by Bukhaaree and Muslim.

The intent here is that the one who entered (the land) with an agreement of personal security, or who had a pledge from the one in authority, due to a maslahah (benefit) that he (the one in authority) saw (in giving this person that pledge), then it is not permissible to turn upon him and nor to transgress upon him or his wealth.

When all of this has become clear, then what occurred of the bombing incidents in the city of Riyadh is a prohibited matter that the religion of Islaam does not affirm, and its unlawfulness has come from numerous angles:

That this action is a transgression upon the sanctity of the land of the Muslims, and frightening of those who are secure and safe therein

That it contains the killing of lives that the Islaamic Sharee'ah protects

That it is causing corruption upon the earth

That it contains destruction of wealth and belongings that are protected.

And the gathering of the Council of Senior Scholars explains this matter in order to warn the Muslims from falling into the destroying prohibited matters, and in order to warn them from the plots of Shaytaan, for he never ceases to work upon the servant until he enters him into the things that destroy, either with extremism, exaggeration in the religion or with disaffection towards it, and fighting against it, and refuge is with Allaah. And Shaytaan does not care by which of the two he can triumph over the servant, because both of these paths, that of extremism and that of disaffection are from the paths of Shaytaan that make a person fall under the wrath and punishment of ar-Rahmaan.

And what was done by those who performed these actions, of killing themselves by blowing themselves up, then that enters into the generality of the saying of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam):

"Whoever killed himself in the world with anything, then Allaah will punish him by that same thing on the Day of Judgement", reported by Abu Awaanah in his Mustakhraj from the hadeeth of Thaabit bin ad-Dahak, (radhi-yallaahu 'anhu).

The Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

"He who commits suicide by stabbing himself with an iron (blade) shall that have that iron (blade) in his hand, and he will thrust it into his body in the fire of Hell, remaining therein forever (in that state), and whoever took poison and killed himself, then he will drink it in the Fire of Hell, remaining therein forever (in that state), and whoever threw himself off a mountain and killed himself, then he will be falling in the Fire of Hell, remaining therein for ever (in that state)." And this is also in Bukhaaree with something similar.

Then let everyone know that the enemies, from every angle, have designated today the Islamic Ummah for domination. They (the enemies) rejoice with all the ways that justify this domination for them, over the people of Islaam, and (which justify) humiliating them, and taking advantage of their resources and riches. Hence, whoever aided them in their goal, and opened up avenues amongst the Muslims and in the
Muslim lands for them, then he has aided in (bringing about) harm upon the Muslims and in dominating their lands. This is from the greatest of oppression.

It is obligatory (upon all) to be concerned with the Sharee'ah knowledge that is founded upon the Book and the Sunnah in accordance with the understanding of the (Pious) Predecessors of the Ummah, and this occurs in the schools, universities and the mosques, and the media of information. Just like it is also obligatory to be concerned with commanding the good and prohibiting the evil, and giving mutual advice upon the truth. This is because the need, rather the necessity, calls to this now more than any time that has passed before. And it is upon the Muslim youth to have a good opinion of their Scholars and to take from them so that they come to know that what the enemies of the religion are striving towards is revilement between the Ummah’s youth and (revilement) of the Scholars and (revilement) between them and the Rulers, so that their strength weakens, and therefore, taking control over them (as a result) becomes easier. Hence, it is obligatory to be aware of this.

May Allaah protect everyone from the plot of the enemies, and it is upon all the Muslims to have fear of Allaah in the secret and in the open, and to make a sincere, truthful repentance from all sins. For no calamity has descended except due to a sin, and no (calamity) has been raised except due to repentance. We ask Allaah that He rectifies the condition of the Muslims, and distances the lands of the Muslims from every evil and dislikeable thing, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.

Suicide Attacks and Terrorism are Forbidden.

What makes a young Muslim man (or woman) strap a high explosive vest on his chest and blow himself to smithereens?

============================================================

Dear Sir,

His/her disbelief [Kufr - Denial] makes him/her to do that!Suicide Attack and Suicide is tantamount to denying Allah, Quran and Judgement Day. No Paradise [Jannah], Virgin [Houri] or any other such belssings from Allah for thoe Muslims who are indulged in Suicide Bombing and Suicide Attack. It is Haraam [Unlawful Act] of the worst kind. The confusion on what is suicide and who may be targeted in war. A small minority of Muslims (who are not in the category of those who have nullified their Islam*) misunderstand the word shaheed (martyr) when it comes to war and the act of suicide. Muslims may engage in defensive wars and if they happen to die in this way, doing it for the sake of Allah, insha'Allah they die shaheed, and as we know, a shaheed may attain paradise. Some Muslims incorrectly think that suicidal bombings during war is not suicide but an act of defensive war. They see it the same as fighting with guns or swords in a war. However, shooting in a war, one goes in with the intention NOT to die. Usingoneself as a walking or flying bomb, one goes in with the intention of killing oneself (and the perceived enemy).

Sometimes a Muslim may have enough knowledge to quote the hadith in which it was said that the companions of Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] would throw their bodies on top of the Prophet and were willing to take a hit for him. However, this does not mean they were intending to kill themselves! This means they were willing to perhaps take an attack to an arm or leg to prevent death to the Prophet saaws. Or that they would shield him and escort him to safety, and by shielding him, preventing the enemy from striking at that moment since the Prophet couldn't be clearly seen in the crowd. Putting oneself at risk is not the same thing as intending to do an act that would surely kill oneself!

As we know, the religion of Islam is based upon intentions, as we are judged according to our intentions. A good deed is not accepted by Allah if we have intentions other than doing it for the sake of Allah, or if it is not in accordance with Quran and Sunnah.

SUICIDAL BOMBINGS ARE AN ACT OF WAR **AND** SUICIDE and therefore haram (prohibited) since suicide (INTENTIONALLY KILLING ONESELF) is such a terrible sin with terrible consequences. In addition, such Muslims are completely unaware of the ayat (proof) against killing women and children. Ignorance is so sad. And any haram act by any Muslim anywhere, hurts the Muslim ummah as a whole.

Of course if any woman or child is shooting directly at you, it is permissible to act in self-defense to an immediate situation, but (unarmed) women and children cannot be an intentional target during war or any such attacks. And of course, Islam does not support women in military, but it does permit an individual woman to pick up a weapon to use in self-defense if a specific situation dictates that. The general intent is to shield women and children from the brutal fatalities of a war front altogether and to place the responsibility on the men in society to protect them.

Allah and Holy Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] say:

O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the messenger and those of you who are in authority; and if ye have a dispute concerning any matter, refer it to Allah and the messenger if ye are (in truth) believers in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more seemly in the end. Surat-un-Nisaa' [4:59].

Holy Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] said: O mankind, I am leaving two things with you; if you cling to them you will never go astray. The Book of Allah and my way of life. [Al-Haakim, Al-Baihaqi and also in Mautta Imam Malik]

The same Allah and same Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] whom we claim to follow say:

Suicide is when a person kills himself intentionally by whatever means. This is haraam and regarded as amongst the major sins, and likewise included in the general statement of Allaah:

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا

{And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allaah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him}, [Soorah an-Nisaa, Aayah 93].

He/she [if Muslim] cannot take his own life through a Suicide bomb, again read the above verse.

And it is established from the Hadith on the authority of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) who said:

Indeed, whoever (intentionally) kills himself, then certainly he will be punished in the Fire of Hell, wherein he shall dwell forever)), [Bukhaaree and Muslim].

In reality, the one who commits suicide, generally does so because of his desperate situation, either as a direct result of an act of Allaah or a human being. So you find him unable to cope with that which has afflicted him, and in actual fact he is like one who is calling for help from the scorching heat of the fire. So he has progressed from that which was tough (bad) to that which is worse. And if he was patient, then Allaah would have assisted him in dealing with the difficulty.

Acts of jihad by means of suicide, such as attaching explosives to a car and storming the enemy, whereby he knows without a doubt that he shall die as a result of this action. He is regarded as one who has killed himself (committed suicide), and as a result he shall be punished in Hell, for that which is authenticated on the authority of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam).

[((Indeed, whoever (intentionally) kills himself, then certainly he will be punished in the Fire of Hell, wherein he shall dwell forever)), [Bukhaaree and Muslim]].

And many amongst them do not desire anything except revenge of the enemy, by whatever means, be it halaal or haraam. So they only want to satisfy their thirst for revenge.

Concerning suicide bombings
But as for what some people do regarding activities of suicide, tying explosives to themselves and then approaching disbelievers and detonating them amongst them, then this is a case of suicide and Allaah’ s refuge is sought. So whoever commits suicide then he will be considered eternally to Hell-Fire, remaining there forever, as occurs in the hadeeth of the Prophet, (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam). (i.e., his, (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), saying:

((and whoever kills himself with an iron weapon, then the iron weapon will remain in his hand, and he will continuously stab himself in his belly with it in the Fire of Hell eternally, forever and ever)). (Bukhaaree, and Muslim)

Because this person has killed himself and has not benefited Islaam. So if he kills himself along with ten, or a hundred, or two hundred other people, then Islaam will not benefit by that, since the people will not accept Islaam. Rather it will probably just make the enemy more determined, and this action will provoke malice and bitterness in his heart to such an extent that he may seek to wreak havoc upon the Muslims.

This is what is found from the practice of the Jews with the people of Palestine so when one of the Palestinian blows himself up and kills six or seven people, then in retaliation they take sixty or more. So this does not produce any benefit for the Muslims, and does not benefit those amongst whose ranks explosives are detonated.

So what we hold is that those people who perform these suicide (bombings) have Wrongfully committed suicide, and that this necessitates entry into Hell-Fire, and Allaah¹s refuge is sought and that this person is not a martyr (shaheed). However if a person has done this based upon misinterpretation, thinking that it is permissible, then we hope that he will be saved from sin, but as for martyrdom being written for him, then no, since he has not taken the path of martyrdom. But whoever performs ijtihaad and errs will receive a single reward (if he is a person qualified to make ijtihaad)."

Allaah (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) says:

{And do not kill yourselves. Surely, Allaah is Most Merciful to you. And whoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allaah}, [Soorah an-Nisaa, Aayaat 29-30]

So, it is not permissible for a person to kill himself, rather, he must protect himself in the full meaning of the word. And this does not prevent him from killing in the Path of Allaah and making jihad in the Path of Allaah, and if he is open to being killed and martyred (therein) then that is good.

However, if he opens himself to being killed (in other than the Path of Allaah) then this is not permissible. In the time of the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam), one of the brave (fighters) was fighting alongside the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) and then he was killed. So the (other) companions said:

((None of us fought as courageously as so-and-so))So, the Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:((He is in the Fire (of Hell)))

...and that was after he was injured and before he died. And this (matter) was difficult for the companions (to grasp). So one of the men followed the injured man and saw him place a sword on the ground – raising its blade and then impaled himself upon the blade, entering his chest and dying (as a result).

So this man (returned) and said:

((The Messenger (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) has spoken the truth))

... and they knew the Messenger never spoke from his whims and desires.

(So) why did he enter the Fire having done this action? Because he killed himself and was not patient (at what had befallen him); so it is not permissible for a man to kill himself.

1 - The Prophet said, "The person who participates in (Holy battles) in Allah's cause and nothing compels him to do so except belief in Allah and His Apostles, will be recompensed by Allah either with a reward, or booty (if he survives) or will be admitted to Paradise (if he is killed in the battle as a martyr). Had I not found it difficult for my followers, then I would not remain behind any sariya going for Jihad and I would have loved to be martyred in Allah's cause and then made alive, and then martyred and then made alive, and then again martyred in His cause." [Bukhari Narrated by Abu Huraira]

2 - Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saw the corpse of a woman who had been slain in one of the raids, and he disapproved of it and forbade the killing of women and children. [Al-Muwatta Imam Malik]

3 - The Prophet said, "Whoever intentionally swears falsely by a religion other than Islam, then he is what he has said, (e.g. if he says, 'If such thing is not true then I am a Jew,' he is really a Jew). And whoever commits suicide with piece of iron will be punished with the same piece of iron in the Hell Fire." Narrated Jundab the Prophet said, "A man was inflicted with wounds and he committed suicide, and so Allah said: My slave has caused death on himself hurriedly, so I forbid Paradise for him." [Bukhari Narrated by Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak]

4 - We went to pay a visit to Khabbab (who was sick) and he had been branded (cauterized) at seven places in his body. He said, "Our companions who died (during the lifetime of the Prophet ) left (this world) without having their rewards reduced through enjoying the pleasures of this life, but we have got (so much) wealth that we find no way to spend it except on the construction of buildings. Had the Prophet not forbidden us to wish for death, I would have wished for it." We visited him for the second time while he was building a wall. He said, -A Muslim is rewarded (in the Hereafter) for whatever he spends except for something that he spends on building." [Bukhari Narrated by Qais bin Abi Hazim]

5 - The Prophet said, "Whoever purposely throws himself from a mountain and kills himself, will be in the (Hell) Fire falling down into it and abiding therein perpetually forever; and whoever drinks poison and kills himself with it, he will be carrying his poison in his hand and drinking it in the (Hell) Fire wherein he will abide eternally forever; and whoever kills himself with an iron weapon, will be carrying that weapon in his hand and stabbing his abdomen with it in the (Hell) Fire wherein he will abide eternally forever." [Bukhari Narrated by Abu Huraira]

6 - Hammam b. Munabbih said: Abu Huraira narrated to us ahadith from Allah's Messenger and out of these one is that Allah's Messenger said: none amongst you should make a request for death, and do not call for it before it comes, for when any of you dies, he ceases (to do good) deeds and the life of a believer is not prolonged but for goodness. [Muslim]

7 - Anas (b. Malik) reported Allah's Messenger as saying: None of you should make a request for death because of the trouble in which he is involved, but if there is no other help to it, then say: O Allah, keep me alive as long as there is goodness in life for me and bring death to me when there is goodness in death for me. [Muslim]

8 - Allah's Messenger said, "Do not wish for death, for the terror of the place whence one looks down is severe. It is part of a man's happiness that his life should be long and Allah Who is Great and Glorious, should supply him with repentance." [Hadith Tirmidhi Narrated Jabin ibn Abdullah [Ahmad transmitted it.]

9 - There was amongst those before you a man who had a wound. He was in [such] anguish that he took a knife and made with it a cut in his hand, and the blood did not cease to flow till he died. Allah the Almighty said: My servant has himself forestalled Me; I have forbidden him Paradise. [Hadith - Qudsi Bukhari Narrated by Jundub ibn Abdullah]

We are Muslims and Sharian is applied on us so if we follow Shariah then it must be followed wholeheartedly in letter and spirit and when Shariah says Suicide is Haraam [Unlawful] then it is Unlawful. Any Mullah who declare this act of Barbarity a Halaal [Lawful] act is also Kaafir [Infidel]. You dont offer sacrifice of Pig on Eid Al Adha.

Allah is Clean [Paak - Tayyab]and He accept only Clean [Paak - Tayyab] [Muslim].

You dont build a mosque [with clean intentions i.e. Achi Niyat] from the money earned through Haram [Unlawful] Means.

Acts and Actions of Mau Mau Militants, Japanese Kamikazes, Vietcongs, French Partisan of WW II, Irgun [Mossad], Stern Gang [Israeli Zionist Terrorist Group], Hagganah [Israeli Zionists Terrorists Group], Tamil Tigers, or the Leftist Guerilla, are not Hujjat [Proof] for Muslims because they were not bound by Quran and Hadith. Since we claim the lease of Quran, Hadith and Paradise therefore we are bound by the Shariah. Just give it a thought for once that you are basically violating Wahi Ghair Matlu [i.e. Hadith] by imitating Jews, Christians and other Non-Muslims by adopting their Infernal [Jahanami] Methods of War and i.e. Kufr. If Muslims have to go to the War then it must be fought as per the Instructions given in Quran and Wahi Ghair Matlu [i.e. Hadith]

"Whoever imitates a group, then he is from amongst them" *has been derived from two famous books of ahadeeth 'Mishkaat' and 'Abu Dawood' and is narrated by Hadhrat Ibn Umar (R.A).

"Whoever /imitates/resembles a people/nation is one of them."

1- Recorded by Abu Dawud

2- Reported by Imaam Ahmad

3- Majmoo’ al-Fataawa by Ibn Taiymia

“Differ from the idolaters.” [Bukhari and Muslim]

“Differ from the jews.” [Abu Dawood]

“Differ from the Zoroastrians.” [Muslim]

The American Indians used to attack and attack at the wagons even thoughthey knew they would be killed - Just to see if they at least got one arrow in. When they kill everything you love, steal your land and try to reduce you to nothing it is better to die (and take some with you) than to live. Patrick Henry told us about it back in 1776. A great man was Samson the first suicidal terrorist. They cut his hair, plocked out his eyes (made him blind) and enslaved him. You know the rest of the story...

Act of Amercian Indians or Prophet Samson [PBUH] is not Proof [Hujjat]. Shariah of the Past Prophets [PBUT] for Muslims after these Quranic Verse are cancelled. For example Prophet Adam [PBUH]'s children used to marry with each other, should we do the same?

O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the messenger and those of you who are in authority; and if ye have a dispute concerning any matter, refer it to Allah and the messenger if ye are (in truth) believers in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more seemly in the end. Surat-un-Nisaa' [4:59].

After reading the Quranic Verses and Hadith you can decide as who is Ignorant [Jahiloon] regarding Suicide, Suicide Attacks, Suicide Bombing, and Terrorism. Those who declare it completely Un-Islamic Practice ot those who seek justification of an Haraam Act [Unlawful] through a Fatwas of Pervert Mullahs who have no sense of History, Politics, International Relations and I say they have no sense of Quran and Hadith as well.

Hopelessness [Mayusi] is Disbelief [Kufr].Trials and Hardships [Azmaish Aur Ibtila]:

الم أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوا أَن يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَوَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ

Interpretaion of the Meaning:

Alif. Lam. Mim. Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction? Lo! We tested those who were before you. Thus Allah knoweth those who are sincere, and knoweth those who feign. [AL-ANKABOOT (THE SPIDER) Chapter 29 - Verse 1, 2, 3]

Thus suicide is forbidden in Quran and Hadith.

Given that Allah promised to undertake the sustenance and any delay thereafter or withholding of any of its needs being merely for a trial, then there is no room for a person to take away the life that Allah has created for an important purpose and meticulously sustaining it each second for that purpose. He prohibited the destroying of ones life in any manner as understood by the general meaning of the wording of this verse,

وَلاَ تُلْقُواْ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ وَأَحْسِنُوَاْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

and be not cast by your own hands to ruin; and do good. Lo! Allah loveth the beneficent. [AL-BAQARA (THE COW) Chapter 2 - Verse 195]

وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ أَنفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا

and kill not one another. Lo! Allah is ever Merciful unto you. [AN-NISA (WOMEN) Chapter 4 - Verse 29]

In fact the taking of even one life is regarded as the taking of the life of the whole of mankind,

For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth. [AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) Chapter 5 - Verse 32]

The noun, soul (nafs) in the verse is without the definite particle. In Arabic, an indefinite noun in a conditional clause gives the meaning of generality and comprehensiveness. Thus, the verse is not only concerning the taking of a soul of another person but even ones own life for both are souls created and entrusted to us by Allah. This is not only prohibited but strongly condemned as though he killed the whole of mankind.

The Messenger of Allah (May the peace and blessings be on him) also prohibited it as learnt from the following hadith.

"Whoever throws himself down from a mountain and kills himself, he will be in the Fire of Hell throwing himself down for ever and ever. Whoever drinks poison and kills himself will have the poison in his hand, drinking it in the Fire of Hell for ever and ever. Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron (i.e. a weapon) will have that piece of iron in his hand, stabbing himself in the stomach with it in the Fire of Hell forever and ever." (Sahih Bukhari).

The pain of suicide is for ever.

A person, who commits suicide, does so believing it an escape from his crisis so he ends his life willing to bear a moment of pain and may throw himself of a cliff. Yet this hadith shows that he actually brings upon himself that pain not just momentarily but again and again in Hell-fire.

But from His mercy He may forgive suicide – so why not stay alive in His mercy.

However, from the mercy of Allah, the Exalted, He may forgive any sin committed by a person no matter how grave or He may punish in this life or in Hell-fire, except for Shirk. Associating partners to Allah (Shirk) in divinity and Lordship is the only sin that Allah does not forgive. The one doing shirk may seek forgiveness from the partner he claims to Allah in divinity but he is seeking forgiveness from someone who doesn’t have the authority to forgive! This principle of forgiveness is established clearly in the Quran,

Lo! Allah forgiveth not that a partner should be ascribed unto Him. He forgiveth (all) save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners to Allah, he hath indeed invented a tremendous sin. [AN-NISA (WOMEN) Chapter 4 - Verse 48]

A person who is confident of the mercy of Allah in forgiving him for committing suicide, shouldn’t he have the same confidence that if he doesn’t commit suicide, Allah from His mercy and care will alleviate his hardship and distress? If it takes time, it is no more than a temporary trial.

A day’s worth for a Muslim.

An extra day alive is that much longer to work good deeds to distance oneself from the eternal torment of Hell-fire and a golden opportunity to win a better place in Paradise. It is for deserving of this mercy of Allah and a Paradise which no eye has ever seen, nor any ear has ever heard nor conceived by any mind, it is for this a Muslim is directed to strive every moment he is alive by the favour of Allah. A Believer capitalizes on each breath Allah allows him – only the ignorant would throw away such a bargain!

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ

And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. [AL-ZALZALA (THE EARTHQUAKE) Chapter 99 - Verse 7 and 8]

Reassurances in Quran and a purpose to live.

Thus a person contemplating suicide finds reassurance in the Quran and purpose for life. He finds an explanation for ease or hardship. He realizes that every hardship expiates for his sins and elevates his rank in Paradise. He thus finds internal peace and pleasure even in external hardship and suffering and strives to acquire or lose the eternal comfort in the Hereafter. The feelings of depression, anxiety, hopelessness and self-loathing diminish as a Believer contemplates on the message of the Quran, reflects on life and patterns the life according to its wise injunctions. Initially, this achievement may be for moments only but with time and following the guidance of the Quran it may become a constant state.

Even the worst moment can actually become the best.

In fact not a moment passes by in the life of a Muslim even if a catastrophe befalls him, except that it can be a success and a bonus for the Believer if he bears it patiently! Even while overwhelmed by grief, anxieties and a desire to finish it all with suicide, merely holding on till it passes away even without doing any other good deed in that state can actually turn that depressing moment into one of triumph and sure success so why resort to suicide then?

The Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings be on him) said, “The case of a believer is amazing! Every affair of his is good for him, and this is not for anyone except a believer: if he experiences something pleasant, he is grateful to Allah and that is good for him; and if he comes across some adversity, he is patiently persevering (i.e. has sabr) and that too is good for him!” [Muslim]

In fact we learn from another hadith that,

“When Allah wants well for a slave of His, He hastens the punishment in this world (rather than the severe and eternal Hereafter). And when Allah wants for His slave bad, He withholds from him (the punishment for) his sin until he takes it from him on the Day of Resurrection.” [Tirmidhi]

Thus the one suffering hardship may actually be more beloved to Allah than one who is being left and not punished despite sins and impiety. The Prophet [PBUH] informed, “Nothing strikes a Muslim – no fatigue, illness, worry, grief, hurt nor sorrow; not even a prick of a thorn – except that Allah wipes off due to it some of his sins.” [Bukhari & Muslim]

Even if his world seems to be falling apart.

With a sense of worth for even the smallest good deeds, a believer bears the most trying of hardships reassured that as the Messenger of Allah said, “Verily, the greatness of the reward is with the greatness (or severity) of the trial. Verily if Allah loves a people He tries them (with trials).” [Tirmidhi]

Thus, what may seem to another as his world falling apart in front of his eyes and nothing to live for, a Believer sees in the same an equally great world of unending bliss and comfort being prepared for him or her in Paradise so long as he bears it with patience for although this life is for being tried repetitively,

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

And, behold, with every hardship comes ease: verily, with every hardship comes ease! [AL-INSHIRAH (SOLACE, CONSOLATION, RELIEF) Chapter 94 - Verse 5 and 6]

The relief is near – a guarantee from Allah

If the relief doesn’t come immediately, it’s not far. This, Allah guarantees,

Or think ye that ye will enter paradise while yet there hath not come unto you the like of (that which came to) those who passed away before you? Affliction and adversity befell them, they were shaken as with earthquake, till the messenger (of Allah) and those who believed along with him said: When cometh Allah's help? Now surely Allah's help is nigh. [AL-BAQARA (THE COW) Chapter 2 - Verse 214]

So why then would anyone want to commit suicide!!

It is not surprising then, with such compelling reasons to live for and reassurances of help, Allah warned of some of the most severe punishments for the one who ends his own life – a life that in fact belongs to Allah! As the above mentioned hadith of the punishment of the one who committed suicide shows, the self-infliction of the same fatal blow repeatedly in hell-fire again and again, a person who commits suicide hasn’t found an escape from his worries; in fact, it’s just the beginning.
